The company found that the main criteria that a user has to have when choosing an online casino is confidence and trust in the casino. Players are concerned when gambling with unknown brands and are more likely to use a brand they have previously interacted with.

The second most important criteria is that the casino must give quick and efficient cash-outs while third is favourable odds of winning followed by responsive and individualised customer service in fourth place. Ease, speed and quality of play was the fifth most important criteria followed by the availability of bonuses in sixth.
